Heartbeats At Home will promptly ship our doppler right to your front door. Shipping is FREE when you select UPS Ground. To see an estimate for the UPS Ground delivery time to your home or office, just click on the UPS logo on this page. Or, if you just can’t wait to hear your baby’s heartbeat, then we will discount the actual cost of delivery and charge a minimal fee for UPS 3 Day Select, 2-Day Air or Next-Day Air. If selecting Next-Day Air on Friday, we will also provide special Saturday delivery for an additional charge of $20.00, billed separately from your rental order (please call or e-mail us when placing your order to notify us of a Saturday delivery request). Otherwise, Next-Day Air shipments picked up by UPS on Friday will be delivered to you on Monday.

Due to service limitations and surcharges from UPS, additional shipping fees will apply for orders to Hawaii and Alaska.  If you’d like, just e-mail us with your shipping address and we’ll reply with a specific quote.  Also, if you are ordering Ultrasound Gel or Preggie Pops WITHOUT a doppler rental, you will be charged $4.50 for shipping and handling in addition to the item cost.   These special shipping fees will be charged separately.  Adding ultrasound gel or Preggie Pops to your rental order will not affect your shipping charges (if any).

& FREE Shipping back to us…

1. When you are ready to return the unit, contact Heartbeats At Home before your scheduled billing date at returns@heartbeatsathome.com or call Toll Free 866-851-BABY(2229). We will then answer any questions you might have and we'll also place a hold on your account for future billing.
2. Follow the simple Return Instructions included in your original shipment and apply the pre-printed UPS Return Label to the package.
3. Follow this link to look up the nearest UPS authorized shipping center location and deposit the package there.
